Henrik v. Kunhardt,

a German-Swedish national, graduated from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland,
with an M.A. in Economics. Throughout his career he has worked in startup environments for such companies as Enterprise rent-a-car, Cazenove and BSG
Clearing Solutions at successive levels of responsibility. While working for Cazenove
he was responsible for all relevant administrative departments as Financial Controller
and officer of the company.

During his tenure he successfully applied for a banking license for the German subsidiary Cazenove AG with BAFin, the German financial services regulator. In his last position as finance director for the German operations of BSG Clearing Solutions, he successfully managed the setup and implementation of the company‘s finance infrastructure and was involved in a SAS 70 certification. Since starting his business in December 2006, Henrik v. Kunhardt has already completed several engagements successfully and is gradually developing a market presence.
